A1: Sorry for not supporting.
Q2: Is it compatible with iPhone?
A2: Yes but the iPhone needs a Lightning to HDMI adapter.
Q3: When I plug the monitor to my device the monitor turns on shows logo and then it says no signal.
A3: If is USB-C connection make sure that your devices USB-C port is full-featured USB-C port that includes a video output. Or it wont be connected successfully the monitor will show no signal. If is HDMI connection you need to connect a USB charging cable to power the monitor at the same time. Please check if the connection is correct.
