Shiroi Koibito has been loved as a souvenir of Hokkaido and Japan and has kept its delicious taste for more than 45 years by keeping a close watch on ingredients dough condition and baking temperature.

When chocolate is heated to high temperatures the fat and oil in the chocolate melts softens and may harden into white. It is safe to eat but the flavor is not as good as it should be.

Please store at a temperature of about 18℃ after purchase for best flavor.
